Pronounced ‘try’, Traugh means ‘beach’ in Gaelic.
On the west coast of Scotland, south of Morar, this quiet campsite is on a golf course and sits next to a beautiful beach of sand and the clear water. The Hebridian island of Eigg and Rum and the Cuillins of Skye are within view. The waterside pitches on the 1.5-acre site are part sloping. Dogs are allowed.
A great base to explore the West coast of Scotland.
Expect to pay at least £15 for one of the five pitches. No electric.
