Thetford Forest is one of our favourite locations for camping. We like this site because you can camp in the forest right next to the river. Things we don’t like are having to take rubbish to the civic amenity 2 miles away as no waste bins.other than that this is a stunning, beautiful location for peace and quite. No electric so make sure you bring a solar panel to stay topped up and go easy on the lights at night.
Owners are very friendly and helpful. We paid just £7 with the caravan club.
